Full service, with the price on the table up front.
Market Launch is a full-service selling strategy with clear, upfront pricing and a defined process. You get the complete listing team and a pricing structure you can review before you commit, so there are no surprises about scope or cost at the end.
02 · The breakdown
Who it is for
Sellers who want the complete team behind their sale and clear expectations about cost and process from day one. If the biggest fear about full service is the vague final bill, Market Launch is designed to remove that.
How it works
Before you list, you review the pricing and the defined scope of work: pricing strategy, marketing, showings, offer negotiation, and transaction management through closing. Because the pricing is percentage-based and transparent, you can review it against your expected sale price before you commit.
What you get
- A full listing team and defined deliverables, not a la carte extras
- Clear, upfront pricing reviewed before you sign
- The same marketing, negotiation, and transaction-management work as a traditional listing
- One honest recommendation on whether Market Launch fits your home better than the alternatives
- Transparent percentage pricing from 4% of the sale price, disclosed in the listing agreement
Limitations and tradeoffs
Market Launch is available from 4% of the sale price; the starting 4% is listing-side compensation. There is no additional unrepresented-buyer fee, and the 4% does not establish a minimum advertising spend. Buyer-broker compensation is separate and negotiable: a represented buyer may request seller payment of their agent's compensation through the offer, but seller payment is not automatically included or required. Higher compensation may be proposed for an expanded marketing or service plan. The agreed compensation, service deliverables, and any committed advertising budget are disclosed in the listing agreement. Compare net proceeds at your expected sale price.
What to consider
Bring your expected sale price and your desired level of involvement to the conversation. Ask how the pricing compares to a traditional listing on your property, and what deliverables are part of the package. Then let the net-proceeds math decide alongside the service you want.
Next step
Review the Market Launch structure on your numbers.
On a strategy call we will put Market Launch and the traditional structure side by side on your home, so the pricing decision is made on net proceeds, not marketing language.
