Rewarding Heroes · Utility Workers
Rewarding Heroes, for the utility workers who keep communities running.
Rewarding Heroes is a real estate service program founded by Andrew Texidor and brokered by HomeSmart. Utility workers are among the heroes the program serves, part of the group of service professionals who keep communities running. The program pairs the full Clearly Sold advisory approach with a clearly stated fee structure you can review before you commit.
Who the program serves
Utility workers among the heroes who keep communities running
Rewarding Heroes is designed for the service professionals who give so much to their communities. Utility workers are among the heroes who keep communities running, and they are included in the groups the program serves. Each eligible group is supported by the same clearly stated fee structure and the full Clearly Sold advisory approach.
- Utility workers are supported as a served group in the program's eligibility framing.
- The program pairs the full Clearly Sold advisory approach with a clearly stated fee structure.
- The program is a real estate service program, not a cash-back or rebate arrangement.
The program's value comes from the clearly stated fee structure and the full Clearly Sold advisory approach, not from a promise of savings.
The standard fee
A clearly stated fee, before you commit
Rewarding Heroes uses a pricing structure you can review up front:
$8,000 per applicable transaction side for sale prices up to and including $550,000; 2% of the full sale price above $550,000. Fees and services are governed by the applicable written agreement. Buyer-broker compensation is separate and negotiable.
Unrepresented purchasers
When an unrepresented purchaser comes through our marketing
In some cases, a purchaser may come to a listing without their own representation. Here is how that scenario is handled:
If an unrepresented purchaser comes through our listing-side marketing and systems, an additional transaction-management fee may apply as specified in the listing agreement. Clearly Sold represents the seller; this does not create dual agency. Buyer-broker compensation is separate and negotiable.
This fee is not automatic and does not apply to every unrepresented purchaser. It only applies when the listing agreement specifies it, and the terms are set out in writing before you commit.

On a strategy call we will review the fee structure, the Market Launch process, and your own numbers, so you can decide with the full picture in front of you.
