How much does Clearly Sold charge?

A straight answer on the standard structure, what the scope includes, and how compensation is handled before you commit.

The short answer

Clearly Sold's standard structure is $8,888 per applicable transaction side for sale prices up to and including $550,000, and 2% of the full sale price above $550,000. Compensation is negotiable and governed by the applicable written agreement.

Who the flat fee is for

The flat-fee listing is full service. The distinction is the compensation structure, not reduced representation.

Buyer-broker compensation
